best burgers ever

2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c bbq sauce (i like the spicy honey flavor best)
1 egg
1/8 - 1/4 c parmesan
seasoned salt, pepper, and old bay, to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
cheese

mix all but cheese and form into 6-8 3/4 inch thick patties. grill or cook on 300 degree griddle. melt cheese over tops.
