this is one of my husband's favorite meals. it makes your house stink a little, but trust me, it's worth it!
chicken pieces
2 c soy sauce
2 c white vinegar
veggies, your choice (we like california blend)
place chicken in crock pot. pour soy sauce and vinegar over top. cover and cook on high 3 hours. add veggies and continue to cook on high 1 hour. serve over rice.
